Simple terms for a defined service.

Service. The $299 one-time Website Review + Fixes package includes a public website review, up to 15 material findings, comparison with three comparable plumbing companies, and up to five small approved corrections.
Fit and payment. We confirm fit by email before payment. A secure payment link is sent only after the request is accepted. The five-business-day review delivery window begins after payment and after the information needed to perform the review is available.
Corrections. After the review, you choose up to five in-scope corrections. We confirm the correction scope, access requirements, and expected timing before changing anything. One correction means one small, approved change; bundled or major structural work may be treated as outside scope.
Correction count and entitlement. One correction means one defined change or closely related set of changes agreed before implementation. A global change through a shared site template may count as one correction; rewriting several independent pages or creating a new component does not. Corrections should be selected within 30 days of report delivery and completed within the agreed timeline after selection.
Access and safety. No access is required for the review. If a correction needs access, use a temporary or collaborator account that can be revoked. Do not send passwords through email or the website form. We may decline a change that cannot be made safely or that requires unapproved custom development.
Backups and rollback. Before an approved correction, the customer is responsible for maintaining a current site backup. Where the platform supports it, we will preserve or create a recoverable version before changing the relevant content. If a correction does not behave as expected, we will stop, document the issue, and restore the available prior version or agree on the next safe step. Third-party plugin, theme, hosting, or platform fees are not included.
Customer responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of business claims, phone numbers, service areas, pricing, availability, licensing, financing, warranties, and other information you ask us to publish. We do not invent testimonials or service claims.
Changes outside scope. New pages, custom development, premium software, full redesigns, hosting, ongoing SEO, advertising, and guaranteed business outcomes are not included. If you want help outside the package, it can be discussed separately only at your request; there is no automatic upsell.
Changing sites and unavailable access. The review describes the public site available during the engagement. If the site goes offline, changes materially, or is managed by another provider before delivery, we will communicate whether the scope or timeline needs to change. If approved access cannot be provided or the CMS prevents a safe correction, we will document the issue and the correction may be deferred or treated as outside scope.
Cancellation and refunds. Before payment, you may decline the offer without charge. If we accept payment and cannot deliver the defined review, we will communicate the issue and provide an appropriate refund or agreed resolution before any correction work begins. Any specific refund terms shown in the payment link or invoice also apply.
